• All consultations must be booked and prepaid through our online booking system.

• Once booked, you will receive confirmation by email and, if you consent, by SMS text message.

• You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment by calling our office at (888) 927-9755 or replying to your confirmation email.

• Refunds are not issued for missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• Clients are asked to complete our intake questionnaire before their consultation to ensure a productive session: Student Loan Intake Form.

SMS Terms of Service
